Judith McKenna (born 1966) is a British businesswoman. She has been the CEO of Walmart International since 2018. She previously held senior management positions at the US division of Walmart and Asda, a subsidiary of Walmart International. McKenna started her career at KPMG, followed by Carlsberg Tetley and Allied Domecq and joined Asda in 1996. McKenna became Asda's Chief Financial Officer in 2001, a position she held until she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in July 2011.

At Asda, McKenna worked with David Cheesewright, whom she later succeeded at Walmart International. McKenna moved to the United States to lead the strategy and development of Walmart International in 2014.

The following year, she became the chief operating officer of Walmart in the United States. As McKenna's chief operating officer and president of Walmart in the United States, Greg Foran has invested $ 2 billion in pay raises, training and support, and technology. McKenna has taken initiatives to improve the workplaces for store employees, including measures to clean up stores, relax the dress code, and rebuild Walmart Radio. McKenna also brought the tools she used at Asda to Walmart USA, including online ordering and in-store pickup.

In January 2018, it was announced that McKenna would return to Walmart International, replacing David Cheesewright as President and CEO. McKenna took over in February and leads strategy and operations in over 25 countries, including Mexico, Canada, China and India. In 2018, she oversaw the $ 16 billion acquisition of 77% of Flipkart, India's largest online store.
